In April, the QINGDAO Entrepreneurs of New Economy Chamber of Commerce（QNECC） visited Qingdao Jintiancheng Law Firm and had exchanges with QIBA International Business Association.

      David Zhang, Senior Partner and Executive President of QIBA at Qingdao AllBright Law Office, introduced the history of QIBA: With China's accession to the WTO in 2001, some chambers of commerce from developed European and American countries have successively established offices in Qingdao. With the gathering of Chinese and foreign business people, Qingdao has produced QBL and QIBC. Subsequently, the two organizations officially merged in January 2012 to establish "Qingdao International Business Association".

      QNECC has expressed the necessity for enterprises to go abroad: with domestic market shrinks, and enterprises need to find new growth points, broaden their horizons and achieve overseas expansion.

      Representatives have put forward many valuable viewpoints: although Chinese products have influence and competitiveness internationally, it is still difficult for brands to enter the international market. This challenge requires refine domestic market and explore new markets, especially South America, Central Asia, and other regions.    

      Enterprise going abroad need to do sufficient market research, prepare a reasonable budget and find reliable local individuals.

      Chinese companies should not wait for opportunities, but should conduct in-depth analysis of which products are suitable for targeting specific markets and make good use of the advantages of domestic supply chain integration to meet these needs.
